key responsibilities
· promote online versus offilne ordering, be an expert in online ordering methodology, create and maintain premier pages to drive high quality for customers.
· main contact for all internal departments to resolve issues and to drive high customer experience.
· provide full administrative support to designated internal sales representative(s) and associated account set.
he is also strnogly focus on driving customer online for purchasing peripherals as well as maintaining all premier page available for each customer .
· may get dedicated in special tasks in the sales and sales support area

· good lanugage skills in gemran and engilsh. he is strongly alinged with them as they work in true partnreship.
· maange offline oredr reciept and oredr processing for all type of products with high quality & within agreed service level agreement.collaboration is build and maintained with designated internal sales representative(s), ensure strong partnership.
· create strong relationship with your customers to ensure customer needs are met as requested and even exceeded.he is responsible also for all other orders quoted by isr, from order received to download to manufactory. prompt customer request handling and proactive customer communication in a very professional manner, same day offline order processing, he ensures customer experience thru first time right approach.
the trainee shares the list of accounts with a very limited number of isrs.
