responsible for pre sale and/or post sale support of company products/systems. leads a team (field and pls) to provide solutions to difficult technical problems on specific projects. deisgn-in support including on-site support, telephone support and lab work.s. department of commerce - bureau of industry and security and/or the u.product demonstrations and installation, and maintenance of company products to ensure that the system is functioning according to specifciations, provides technical support in sales presenattions.design and/or field applications engineering or equiavlent, with 3-5 yeras expeirence in product.fluent verbal and written communication skills in english and german language are essential.
