product manaegment: mangaes new product introudction process whcih includes deveolping and managing a crsos-funcitonal team through the npi phsaes of product enhanecment: conducting the preliminary study, conducting the feasibility study, sales forecast and profitability projections, driving the process to evolve and enhance product line, launching the new product/product line and conducting assessments to make certain the product met market needs.
