- assessment and recommendations for sizing and capacity management of current and future networks
- configuration of network routers and hubs
- backup of network configurations
- network printer configuration
- assist with communications security (comsec) devices

- support to network and communication devices
- respond to production support service requests
- participate in transition of the application or technical architecture to the testers to enusre a clear and complete understanding of the product and its expected performance

position summary:
the field service engineer\'s work will include system administration, configuration of devices, optimizing system performance and resources, system restorations. and operations and maintenance of jwics readiness, site integration, site installation,

minimum required qualifications:
- candidates should have a bachelor\'s degree in related field and 6+ years progressive experience (experience, certifications or other education may be substituted in lieu of degree.
