some product highlights: 256-slice brilliance ict scanner.product support engineers have a major impact thruogh the quality of the service provided to others (technical and professional) and through their service and customer orientation skills. product support engineering is also the link between the global service organizations and the business unit in bbn.in close cooperation with all internal departments, product quality is monitored and service strategies defined to increase customer satisfaction by maximizing uptime and effective use and minimizing total cost of ownership. the incumbent contributes to the product design process to ensure its supportability and is responsible for the provision of training and back-up technical support. product support engineering is responsible for providing and maintaining all service aspects which are necessary for successful new product introductions, support for active sellable products and the discontinuance of the products.

your profile
essential:
degree in biomedical engineering / electronics engineering or equivalent
demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
effective working attitude
flexibility and creativeness
ability to influence others
willingness for moderately frequent international travel preferred:
technical understanding of wired & wireless networks
experience in supporting patient monitoring products (measurements & monitors)
biomedical background including regulatory environment
fluent in english and german
presentation and teaching skills
leadership, planning and team working skills
