the role
the citrix online inside sales representative will be responsible for applying an understanding of citrix online\'s products, processes.quailfy and develop new prosepcts to appointments for the territory manager
, prospect, educate.applying guidance regarding cross selling into new departments, accuont expansion and retention actiivties include customer account reviews, negotiation and closing, solution selling.
the primary function of this position is new account acquisition. apply understanding of the needs of the target customer segments and complete the sales cycle from initial call to close wihtin circa 2-4 weeks
. 3+ year\'s technology sales experience
. proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers
. proficiency with microsoft office products and internet
. more than 15, 000 new customer start using citrix online\'s services to work from anywhere with anyone - using our remote-connectivity tools to save time, get more done and connect to others around the world, every month.opportnuities and account information within salesforce.com
, maange and maitnain accruate ledas.proivde sales management with reprots on sales activities and proejcts as requseted
. tiemly follow up and qualify new prospects from either inbound leads or customer requests generated by our varied marketing campaigns
. california and we have satellite offices and data centers globally, our head office is based in santa barbara, ctxs).bachelor\'s degree is beneficial but not required
. proven record of success in telesales and or field sales required
. develop prospecting plans for territory development to build rapport and create opportunities
qualification and requirements
. fluency in a another european language is an advantagequalifications and requirements. qualifying, this includes following up on inbound leads, negotiation and closing, prospecting, solution selling.achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
