- support the development and implementation of a fully integrated joint training, joint staff planning experience, assessment and readiness reporting indrrs that accurately reflects the status of command readiness and training to perform assigned missions and their relationships to the spp-drivenresourcingprocess, jmet-based training.materiel, training, leadership, organization, by providing the documentation of capability requirements and current assessed ability to meet them, and facilities (dotmlpf) domains, other than training,
