your tasks - to help you progress
interface with main mobile and fixed telephony worldwide venodrs for techincal and commercial matters
be updated and participate to ongoing projects in the mobile arena
participate to services reviews with and supoprt escalations to main telecommunications venodrs
monitor vendors performances and assure that quality is provided
collect information and become knowledgeable of telecommunications markets around the world
reivew of existing mobile policies and proivde inupt for new policies based on business needs
identify and sponsor initiatives within mobile and fixed arena driving to internal customer satisfaction
participate to request for proposals (rfp) projects as a core team member together with it procuerment (be in charge of the technical sections, participate to vendors meeitngs, respnoses review and vendors seletcion)
provide technical input and disucss with vendors and it procuerment the statmeent of work (sow) when commnecing a new serivce
support glboal it procurement duirng contarcts renewal process
your profile - to help us progress together
the minimum education level required is a degree in a scientific/technical discipline; a specialization in telecommunications
minimum 3 years in a global or international it or telecommunications commercial and sourcing management function
experience in commercial (it procurement) and operational vendors management on a global scale
advanced knowledge of mobile and fixed telephony environment worldwide (telecoms market and technology)
good technical background in telecommunications (voice, data)
communicative personality
strong teamwork and collaboration skills
excellent documentation skills
self-managing and independent attitude
experience in multicultural teams management
very good english skills in speech and writing
