sourcing leader (m/f)
key result areas:
this position is responsible for strategic sourcing for one automation and control solutions - life safety site. and services make life safer, its quality products, and more productive in every corner of our world, more comfortable, integrated system solutions, more secure.and process digitization that meets the annual operating plan
liaise with business marketing and r&d to ensure optimal support of new proudct introudction in regards of cost, quality and time to market
design and deploy processes that are consistent with the identified strategy thruogh teaming with the other regional and / or site strategic sourcing leaders
team with the business leader to ensure appropriate sourcing measures and metrics are in place and deployed that measure progress against initiatives and develop necessary corrective action plans to include at a minimum
effectively consolidate direct and indirect suppilers with identified strategic partners
working with other strategic sourcing leaders, processes and practices, develop an overall sourcing strategy that supoprts the golas of the business untis including new product introduction, graudate dergee prefrered
3-5 yeras work expeirence in opertaions and/or supply manaegment leadreship expeirence
cpim, suplpier consoldiation,
key responsbiilities:
through the anaylsis of curernt spned, process standaridzation, seelct and maange reqiured suppliers who have the capacity and capability to meet the material and subcontract needs of the business
implement processes to enable technology driven processes including e-auctions of major spend opportunities
drive sourcing strategy common processes
coach and develop sourcing team
education & experience
undergraduate degree required, cpm, base and variable cost reduction, transaction cost removal, and/or equivalent certification desired
fluent german and english
six sigma green belt certification desired.skills & competencies
