job summary:
this position is responsible for analyzing and documenting the busniess needs of our clients and stakeholders to help identify business problems and propose soluitons.
test delivreables from configuration/conversions/upgrades, including the creation of test plans for client custom programming and services.proejct mangaers) to implement solutions that meet client requierments and that specifically improve workflow, managers, g, techonlogy developers, clients.
configure the product to meet client requirements using a combination sql scripting and front end design tools.
participate in the uat testing of ip management service's products and service deliverables.
interact professionally with senior internal and external personnel.
conduct and lead client requirements gathering sessions to determine configuration requirements
recommend appropriate business solutions to clients to ensure a high level of satisafction with thomson ip management services products and services.thomsonreuters.
duties and responsbiilities:
work with various groups (e.innovative and entrepreneurial, our work environment is dynamic.
document and develop the data conversion/transformation programs and manipulation activities for ip management services products.the primary role of this position is business analyst however this role may also be required to handle project management tasks.
