good knowledge of quality tools (six sigma, lean manufacturing), preferably green or black belt
methodology development, lab tests, npi & ip protection
· chemical incoming inspection
· quality assurance, e, long term stability over range of tempearture & humidity, promote diversity, resolution, especially for catalysts, identification and realization of business priorities
teamplayer & decision maker with "hands-on" mentality
fluent in german and english
good pc skills, process optimization & quality management
customer orientation
excellent analytical & problem solivng capabliities
self-orgainzed, g. temperature depednence, improevment of processes and in-line conrtols including cylce time and lean
· compteitor teadrown for markteing, chemcials and membarnes
enusre the follwoing takss are perfromed effecitvely wihtin the team:
· valdiate and genreate charactreization data of exitsing sensors for datasheet update and continuous qa/process audits
· equipment update, application notes · returns analysis
your profile:
bs /ms in chemistry / physics or equivalent experience
5 years minimum of professional experience in the area chemistry / sensors & devices / analytics / chemical engineering
experience / ability to lead teams, ms office
experience with statistical evaluation tools, cross sensitivities, humidity transient
develop test methods to improve supplier quality, statistical process control and yield improvement

for our manufacturing facility in bonn , we are currently recruiting a motivated and experienced
quality manager (m/f)
you will be responsible for the management of the quality team in bonn, be the link to our quality organization in uster, switzerland and implement honeywell quality policy. g. minitab desirable.
principal responsibilities:
product validation (phase 5 npi - new product introduction)
establish test methods and apparatus in cooperation with other honeywell sites (sensor & instrument), r&d and customers, e.supplying a wide range of gas sensors including the sensoric and sixth sense product ranges, city technology is honeywell's leading brand for gas sensors, as part of the hls business.and services make life safer, more comfortable, and more productive in every corner of our world, integrated system solutions, its quality products, more secure.
