role:
§ this position reports directly to the site isc leader/plant manager and functionally to the hos group leader or sbg hos leader.
§ coaches & mentors coach site leader all isc leaders & hos specialists in sif deployment, aligning and linking hos with plant performance and priorities
§ develops hos talent, including lean expert and master skills and develops specialist knowledge within the site.
§ lead all activities to implement the sif at the site or in preparation for eventual implementation with a focus on pre-implementation foundational work and participates on the site hos steering team.quality and process improvements, key mentor and coach of improvement for team leaders
§ must have 7 years of cross-functional isc / ssp experience which includes manufacturing, materials management, developing a strong knowledge of site manufacturing processes.
§ lean expert or equivalent or above experience.
§ ability to lead and work well in temas, high enregy, postiive "can-do" minsdet.
§ must be resluts orineted with hisotry of getitng breakhtrough resluts through tps.intrenal and extrenal,
§ commuincate lean and six simga prinicples to all leevls,
§ develop strtaegy and tranlsate into actinoable plans & drive change through influence.
§ leads site pre-analysis that includes base-lining operational and financial measurements.
§ the position is for deploying honeywell operating system (hos) through the standard implementation framework across the whole facility.
§ task oriented & result driven change agent, constantly challenging conventional thinking, approach and methodology.
§ leads by "go and do" & "go and see" philosophy.
§ excellent organizational / technical skills, serves as change agent with the plant leadership team and plant employees.
§ teaches continuous improvement thinking & leads kaizen events daily.
§ continually challenge conventional thinking, drive accountability for site or functional results and deployment, and sustain the application of the hos.
§ must have significant cycles of learning & conducting kaizen events.
§ this position should be 100% dedicated to this role.

§ responsible for preparing.proven/experienced & working knowledge of toyota production system or similar benchmark lean manufacturing system
