responsible for ensuring hiirng meets forecast / service level expectations.
· conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects including agency performance.
· works with the hiring mangaers to develop strong selection processes through the use of creative and innovative techniques and tools.
· may provide performance feedback on all recruiting agencies/sources.
· accountable for the compliance and document tracking requirements as per defnied process guidelines and audit requirements that conform to the local laobr code.
· devleops and mangaes strong consutlative relationships with hiring mangaers and candidates.
· coordniates interviews with hiring managers / defined paenls.develops and adminsiters staffing/employment/recruiting programs. implementing and maintaining a quality experience in staffing for candidates and customers, responsible for developing.owns and manages the entire recruiting cycle from the time the requisition is received to the time the candidate is on-boarded. develops recruitment strategies using various sourcing techniques, qualifies and interviews candidates and confers job offers. skillsets and/or geographies to ensure that hiring process is seamlessly implemented,
· able to work across verticals.
· sources candidates directly in the marketplace and develops candidate pools within their respective market streams.
· supports team or other team members on specific project based hiring requirements through developing appropriate strategies.
· continues interaction with candidate till the time the candidate joins the organization.
· process orientation, good interviewing skills, good knowledge of industry & excellent communication skills.work may involve multiple business groups, skillsets or geographies relationships with candidates, business leaders and hr team are key to success.
· develops offers in line with approved guidelines, negotiates offer and finalizes start date with candidate.exercises judgment on the right sourcing channels to be used.
· works with minimal direction.

· interacts with hiring managers to understand job requirements.ensures adherence to applicable governmental regulations.
