your profile
several years of working experience :
in a field organization (sales experience in the field of it soluitons is a highly wanted) or
managing and marketing a clinical informatics portfolio (having an mba is a plus)
strong business understanding in international markets strong marketing skills:
not a must, but very much appreciated
strong market knowledge
strong communication and presentation skills
fluent in english is mandatory; additional languages are a plus

define cardiology informatics solution nedes based on market requierments and business potential

your responsibilities
the cardiology informatics (cai) market development manager is responsible for strategic marketing of cardiology informatics solutions in global sales & services international/emergency market (gss-i/em).
proposing innovative solutions not addressed by bu product portfolio by evaluating and advising upon possible acquisitions, joint development programs
identify complementary 3rd party solutions and manage partners accordingly
identify business opportunities across the philips healthcare cardiology portfolio including modalities
define marketing plans and lead its execution
lead the npi (new product introduction) process for gss-i and work collaboratively with bu & software customer services on introduction of new cardiology informatics solution
works with sales dev. win/loss analysis,
business intelligence with special focus on the various countries needs with focus on enterprise wide information management solutions & clinical transformation
regular business performance analysis, comptetitive analysis
the market development, tracking of corrective actions.user group meetings and reference sites
develops and maintains high-level contacts with the main opinion leaders in the addressed markets,
manage advisory panels.he/she represents the cai requirements of the gss-i/em customers and being the one in the smc-i (sales & marketing center)driving solution marketing for the cardiology care area reporting to the manager of sales & marketing development cardiology informatics gss-i, the person will closely work together with the global business units (bu), the business creation center and the healthcare informatics (hi) cluster sales managers. and related staff, he/she cultivates relationships with key opinion leaders like c-level officers & cardiologists, technicians.marcom and training teams in order to prepare and participate in (new) product training programs, managers.trends etc, growth rate, market share, market intelligence:
market segmentation and size.
