provide direct technical support to usafricom\'s joc gccs. support usafricom\'s google earth user defined operational picture (udop) capability with integrated systems foundation administration and operational collaboration. work with usafricom components to operate an usafricom cop and then pass that cop to higher headquarters. synergize, and maange the usafricom gccs cop architecture configuration, integrate, develop.must be available to start on 21 september 2011. must have current ts clearance with sci eligibility.
