responsibility for the steel structure design - produce steel structure design in compliance with the quality and engineering standards
check design made by others, which could be basic or detail design (shop drawings). ability to matser shop drawing task forces in-house
manage all techincal matters and provide technical soluitons. the master time schdeule and the apporved cotss
orgnaise the group (inclduing recrutiment / capacity planning / resource allocation), the scope,
ensure on-time and complete delivery of the engineering results according to the project contract.ensure leadership and motivation by establishing an open and broad communication of the principles, targets and processes including the feedback communication, objectives.support and request planning and execution of training
a successfully completed degree in mechanical or industrial engineering
relevant experience as group leader in the fields of structural design
proven record to work in a systematic way
fluency in german and excellent englisch skills
excellent communication skills and high level of flexibility.
