· visit custmoers/agnets as required by departmental needs
· preapre and undertake presentations and training courses for customers, agents and distrbiutors
· involvement in preparation of necessary product literature/documentation
qualifications/experience:
· bachelors/university degree in a techincal/engineering discipline
· 2-5 years of experience in customer service or inside saels/ saels supoprt function (natural gas industry is a big advantage) locally and abroad
· excellent written & oral communication skills and relationship building skills at all levels of the organization
· ability to articulate and present complex ideas in simple terms
· ability to work independently without direct authority
· ability to manage projects once they are sold to ensure successful project deployment
· fluent communication in german and english
· experience with ms office and sap/r3
