title: the pesron in this position will be resposnible for pre and post sales of iomega products to small to medium enterprise as well as large corporations. plan to the b2b manager.implement and maange a base of new and existing second tier channel partners targeting business end users,
responsibilities:
develop.developing accounts, promotional plans and managing iomega’s profitability per accuont,
forecasting.strategic thinking with judgement skills
strong prospecting, closing and account management skills
strong team player
excellent presentation skills both written and oral
must be able to work in a fast moving,
work closely with iomega\'s european marketing/proudct management to support customers
actively propose, corproate var, sytsem integartors
sound understanding of distribution channels
proven successful sales track record
solid planning and execution, pressured environment
flexible and embraces change with ease
must enjoy the challenges of achieving goals
fluent german and good level of english is a requirement, realize and participate at public and cusotmer specific it shows
experience required:
minimum 5 years sales experience in the it industry in geramny
good technical knowledge of storage devices and networking solutions
enhanced it knowledge (storage, networking, server os)
project management experience
experience in dealing with resleler channel.
make recurrent visit to an agreed group of to local offices of corproate var, appointed resellers and system integrators whilst developing new business.
work closely with other key account mangaers baesd in germany to levreage synregy effcets and makret covreage with consturctive team spriit.
the pesron will be speciifcally responsible to sell the product thruogh the follwoing channels:
reseller channel
corporate var
corporate end clinets
system integrators
the person will manage all faects of customer relationships and ensure the effective execution of iomega’s marketing and sales programs as well as the achievement of assigned revenue and gross margin goals.
maintain a strong relationship within the second tier channel customers at both operational level as well as senior levels to ensure highest customer satisfaction and exposure
increase the demand and interest of the customer by using the technical and support programs of iomega
successfully manage and resolve customer technical problems, specifically for network storage solution based products, in germany
pro-actively present iomega’s product solution to small to medium as well as to large corporations to ensure technical and commercial follow up of the lead with the reseller to close the revenue opportunity
provide weekly reporting vs.
develop account plans for each account and action them.
pre-sales and technical training to defined customers to ensure mindshare and influence positioning of iomega products.
build a strong reseller channel by leveraging on existing iomega channel programs.
measure effectiveness of iomega’s marketing, draw conclusions and make recommendations to management.key account manager – b2b
