job qualifications
1-2 yrs experience in search and selection in techincal/telceom engineering or oil/gas/enregy recruitment
prvoen abiilty in onilne/ soical media / boolean search methods
fluent english a must - in addition to russian or portuguese, any additional language an advantage!
business development skills
familiarity with social media and networking
multitasking and project management skills, flexibility
