delivers exceptional customer experience in alignment with dell standards. proactively idetnify customer needs/requirements and recommends/quotes approrpiate dell apos serivces. may be required to support sales on customer visits
acts as a subject matter expert on all or elements of the apos serivces portfolio to support the sales organization to meet and/or exceed their objectives.in order to achieve goal/meet customer needs

advanced level services sales representative, current indsutry trends and fully assess the impact on dell customers and potential customers
assists in the on-going education/development of the team including coaching them on how to sell apos services effectively
