job function the person in this role will support a 1st /2nd line windows & domestic/international distributed linux infrastructure. standards, and integrating architected solutions into various environments, this position will be responsible for developing processes.

experience using hewlett packard, netapp hardware, sun microsystems.
basic understanding of scm and software development processes.
3+ years of linux/unix server experience
active directory design and configuration experience.upgrades,
participate in cross functional discussions regarding trends modeling and futures planning
server administration tasks (backups, maintenance etc.
3+ years of windows client & server experience with expert level troubleshooting skills.
scripting language experience (vbscript, perl, powershell, python)
linux server experience (ubuntu, suse).the role spans from 1st line to regional 2nd line support.
responsibilities analyze and make suggestions on the improvement to the overall infrastructure
develop strategic deployment methods of technologies across multiple sites
provide escalation support to assist global site troubleshooting effort of client issues.
