key tasks for this role include:
1.
lead the core team meetings (with reps from group functions and divisions)
for this role you should offer the following:

manage and cooridnate distrbiution of proecss modleing know-how and coordination of process modeling in a business process manaegment system
drvie deplyoment/traiinngs related to business process management and its related tools and systems
coach key user networks
coordinate systems administration and licenses support, monitor open items management
contribute as expert for tools to our btip excellence centre
drive development of concepts to improve current tools (or to develop new tools if necessary).germany
the role is located in our quality, we are currently looking to recruit a:
head of business process management / quality (m/f)
berlin, btip ("bombardier transportation integrated processes") and ci ("continuous improvement") department and is directly reporting to the head of quality,
for our headquarters in berlin, btip and ci.french and/or german as an asset
preferably good understanding of bt's process landscape and organizational structure
