the knowledge live associate will manage all functionality training and fulfill the basic "how-to" nedes of custmoers. is able to predict and understand the nature of the customer requirements and promptly suggests relevant functionality and data.

role overview:
the knowledge live associate will be the "face of thomson reuters" and will provide our customers with "the knowledge to act.the role will encompass a mix of (1) proactive outbound activities to engage basic to intermediate users and generate advanced training opportunities (2) reactive training activities in response to "how-to" queries from the helpdesk (3) delivering "welcome calls" to new users and (4) delivering engaging pre-scheduled group knowledge live sessions, focused mainly on the foundation and focus topics.able to adjust training style based on the customer's profile.more information about thomson reuters and its financial performance can be found onwww.thomsonreuters.com.our environment is both challenging and supportive - we give employees the opportunity to develop their skills and do their best work.
