the global marketing communications organization for philips healthcare is responsible for developing marketing communications programs that support defined business objectives. or are completely unique in women, this includes the support of the women\'s health care cycle teams, who are setting their sights on the diseases and conditions that occur more frequently, are biologically different.the main task of this position is to plan and execute marketing communications strategies and programs based upon a deep familiarity and understanding of the mammography products, markets and strategic golas.

your proifle
to fulifll this role successfully, legisaltive issues, you shuold have the follwoing qualifciations:
bachleors or masetrs dergee in communications, your tasks are to
translate strategic plans into integrated marcom activities with measurable objectives
be the representative of the marcom center to marketing stakeholders in the hamburg office
manage and oversee the project briefing and definition (tactical implementation) process as well as to ensure the delivery on agreed upon brief metrics
take care of the integration and application of corporate brand strategy and marketing communications policy
participate in regular communications with the larger women\'s health care cycle and the regional marcom teams to ensure alignment and synergistic optimization
keep abreast of market trends, competitive activities, in detail, advertising or related field
several years experience in marketing communications
experience working closely with colleagues across geographic/time boundaries
demonstrated ability to turn high level marketing objectives into effective communications strategies and programs
experience effectively interacting with senior marketing leaders and global counterparts on matters concerning strategy
ability to work cross-functionally and globally, identifying synergies between modalities and/or markets to drive efficiencies and consistency of messaging
adapt at juggling multiple priorities simultaneously
ability to make autonomous decisions based on thorough understanding and analysis of organizational and business objectives
strong service orientation
experience managing budgets and working within specified departmental/company processes
strong communication skills in german and english in verbal and written language
