principal responsibilities:
- prorgam leadership - must be very effective in communicating expectations, the selected candidate will lead and direct a crsos-funcitonal team assigned to the program to execute new proudct develpoment and deployment to the makret-plcae
geographic scope & travel requirements:
- principal site is kassel, as program mangaer, markteing, cross-functional teams
- planning - lead and manage establishment of comprehensive plans for new proudct development and deployment
- drive program exectuion - provide strong leadership to cross functional teams with uncompromising drive to meet program targets
- risk & opportunity management - pro-active management of risks and opportunities ensuring that appropriate actions are planned and executed for risk mitigation and opportunity achievement
- organizational engagement - engages all levels of management across the organization by exception to resolve resource conflicts, remove roadblocks, and energizing, including estimating and negotiations of program contract and scope variations
- program status - focal for reporting status of programs at various levels of the organization

- principal networks and contacts will be internal including techonlogy, integrated supply chain, however, soucring, documentation, aligning, customer supoprt, and training organizations

- this postiion has no direct reports, with otehr global sites around the world contributing to the programs. over the last decade rmg has been growing by expanding outside the home markets where their factories are located. program mangaer - regualtors (m/f)

tihs position is resposnible for new product introudction and wall-to-wall program management of honeywell rmg regulator products. transportation and power systems, 000 employees develop and manufacture reliable and state-of-the-art-products in the fields of aerospace, specialty materials and automation and control solutions, about 120, in almost 100 countries around the world.
hps recently acquired the rmg business. travel will be less than 25% of the time
key performance measures:
- key performance measures are executing programs to original program commitments including planned time to market, unit cost, and stable direction for the program team
- negotiate skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups; settle differences with minimum noise; win concessions without damaging relationships; be both direct and forceful as well as diplomatic; gains trust quickly of other parties; has a good sense of timing

education required:
- bachelor's degree minimum in science and/or engineering
- program management professional certification preferred
work experience required:
- 8 years (minimum) related experience
