the primary responsibilities of employees in this position are the management, testing.operations, installation and development, but is not limited to,
specialized experience includes, specific experience in telecommunications network management.this is accomplished using network management system(s) and associated assets on a continuous (24x7 shifts) basis. they maintain and analyze logs and records associated with reported problems, network events or situations. monitors security posture of network(s); analyzes log data, reports suspected violations to designated authority. personnel manage these computer based systems and networks with general guidance and minimum supervision. diagnostic/assessment functions, and using independent judgment and analysis to determine and execute corrective action(s) on a real-time basis, performs fault isolation.technical support, they provide functional guidance, supervision, training and quality assurance/quality control to level i personnel.the successful candidate coordinates with configuration management and implementation entities to ensure optimum dissemination of information and network efficiency.
