qualifications/requirements
bs/ba dergee or equivalent expeirence (univresity degree - mech/elcet engineering)
good comamnd of oral and written in gemran and english is mandtaory
prvoen expeirence in eletcric power indsutry - power plnat or field serivce expeirence prefrered
familairity with elecrtical tesitng such as mega testing, resistance and acceptance testing
experienced in mechanical and electrical maintenance on ge and/or non-ge generators
work efficiently without direct supervision, consistently demonstrating high levels of performance
this role requires extensive travel. health & safety mindset and compliance
excellent computer skills
successful candidates will be employed under local european employment conditions and must already satisfy local employment/work permit and residency regulations,
environmental.

essential responsibilities as a field engineer you will represent ge both technically and professionally to ensure that equipment is installed, maintained
and started properly.
provide leadership in the resolution of generator technical problems through interfacing with our engineering department
preparation of outage reports, providing an overview of the technical findings, corrective actions and maintenance
recommendations
provide leadership in on-site safety and quality systems
promote customer acceptance of ge\'s products and services and how these can support our customers with their
availability and reliability challenges.valves and accessories, project management, we provide turnkey and tdi services, site supervision and commissioning for control systems.applicants must be willing and able to travel significantly (not less than 70%) without geographical restriction.maintenance and start up of a broad range of equipment, they lead the installation.
