the client specialist will act as the primary point of contact for thomson reuters desktop product usres.
· deep understanding of commodities and energy markets, traidng and its front-to-back-office workflows.

· support desktop sales including: (a) development & execution of on-site displacement programs (b) execute global campaigns.

· as a member of c&e account team the client specialist enggaes face to face or virtaully with trading foucs clients, such as utiltiies and otehr c&e desks.
· presetnation sklils (vebral & written); storng interpresonal sklils.
· fast adotpion of sofwtare usgae and technology and the abiilty to shrae knowledge and up-sklil users.we work fleixbly acorss bounadries and reailze innovtaions that help shpae indutsries aruond the world, 000 colleagues in more than 100 countries, with over 55.
· ability to identify and spot revenue growth opportunities.inspired by the impact it has on our business and our customers, we are passionate about our work.
· participate in migrations and rollout projects of new software and products.
· maintain desktop retention at client site by means of developing tailor-made solutions which include creating workflow-sheets or excel-based solutions.
· excellent english skills; fluent written and spoken german is essential.
the ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:
· college/ university degree or relevant work experience equivalent; market certification would be an advantage.
· work actively with crm systems as required.
