the mission of the department is: undesrtand all mechanisms leading to repair needs on parts during their period of use . highly beneficial: knowledge of engineering, manufacturing & site procseses . you shall provide in this role the power thermal business with world-class advanced repair methods, tools and processes.research institutes and contribute to relevant international committees
degree or higher education in engineering and a minimum 5 years of industrial experience in the field of engineering on at least one product like steam turibnes, generators, estalbish and maitnain conatcts with scietnific specilaists, gas turbines, univesrities, boielrs and aqcs.devleop and valdiate repair processes, understand.develop and validate work instrcutions and accetpance crietria for repair processes . storng people & project management skills . develop and support the knowledge management process and make best use of available tools to allow rapid access to information and experience, and to support effective training . including processes, lead or support root cause analyses of failures on repaired parts, tools & methods.strong skills in anticipating potential technical threats, in root cause analysis and in technical problem solving . communicating with customers and suppliers at a technical level to clarify and agree data/ details . including hydro, coal and wind, nuclear, alstom builds the fastest train and the highest capacity automated metro in the world, gas, and provides turnkey integrated power plant solutions and associated services for a wide variety of energy sources.high interest to adopt expert level knowledge about two or three main components (steam turbines, gas turbines, generators, boilers and aqcs).ability of high work rate and handling multiple projects at the same time . full and comprehensive knowledge of the product area and ability to handle advanced level of r&d problems in the related product area . capacity to handle problems efficiently by being creative and providing fresh insight . 000 people in 70 countries, and had orders of ? 24.6 billion in 2008/09, the group employs more than 80.
