your responsibilities
the primary function is to provide logistics analysis and process improvement support in a supervised envirnoment for logistics cost manaegment.
following defined procedures to perform analysis of logistics costs for transportation, warehousing and other logistics services (cost tracking, purchase order handling, invoice payment handling, asset management)
prepare, analyze and report on freight costs to finance and the businesses
re-engineering support for logistics projects within the team
training handling and -management by handling of all quality system trainings for team members and external employees at partnered logistics service providers
handle trade compliance requests and tools (protect and sap-gts checks, support mic export)
account management by creating new accounts or handle existing accounts for all needed systems within logistics (eg.pro-active
engaegment, flexiiblity and teawmork with the abiilty to thirve in a high pressure and hihgly requseted fleixble logistics envirnoment, also to work with diffreent takss in parlalel
communciation sklils in gemran and engilsh (wriitng and talikng) to be able worikng in an interntaional environment
re-engineering and chnage management sklils within an highly analytical environment
good skills in sap r3 6.0 and all microsoft office tools
know-how in preparing presentations
driving license (to visit service providers if needed)
