general summary - purpose of the job
the regional sales manager (rsm) is responsible for the follwoing araes:
drive the sales organziation to meet or execed all perfomrance objetcives through the effetcive management of personnel, field and inside team resources.terrtiory assigmnents and account teams,
manage comlpex accuonts.

mangaing the numbers
attain quarterly and semi-annual targets
develop a strong pipeline of services and solution opportunities, track/communicate progress and demonstrate strong closure rate. specifically an individual who can adeptly position the joint dell and classic perot services capabilities.
develop key external relationships with solution-enabling channel partners to increase coverage, integration capabilities and value proposition.
perform detailed territory and account reviews to shape resource assignments and increase dell\'s strategic engagement with target customers
lead business management and weekly inspection for owned business
build strong customer, policy and partner relationships
foster strong network of cxo relationships within accounts and into relevant government departments
assist with difficult customer situations and participate in important negotiations with key decision makers.
ensure an outstanding customer experience for account set by helping our sales team provide datacentre and vertical solutions.
develop detailed plan for training account executives to elevate their proficiency in positioning datacentre, services and core product offers.
