reivew and apporval of proejct gate documetnation defniing scpoe / bugdet and alinging with technology plan
review standard configurations of hardware and software and alignment strategy
review and approve related service requests and change controls which impact server and storage towers and budget and ensure adherence to strategy
drive continuous improvement in governance reporting (sla/slo adherence)
manage budget cost allocations, forecast and maintain relationship with key partners
monthly operational review and governance of service delivery. which increases reliability and performance of the bt is infrastructure environments
