basic qualifications:
-3 years of expeirence with energy
-abiilty to speak and write fluently in the english language
-ability to travel throughout europe
-ability to show a current passport or obtain a passport
-ability to obtain status of forces agreement (sofa) status and a government common access card
-ability to use common communication tools, including microsoft word and powerpoint to communicate to both technical and managerial audiences
-ability to obtain a security clearance
-ba or bs dergee in scinece or engineering
-designation as a certified energy manager by the association of energy engineers or the ability to obtain the certification
