overall objective and purpose:
â· providing rma status to customers upon request and identifying issues with shipment
â· working the cleint dircetly on escalated cases. this supoprt is normally provided by telephone although it is increasingly being provided through electronic means.steram glboal serivces evolved as a support partner alongside the high-tech markets we serve by recognizing client needs and the importance of cusotmer serivce in the technical support environment.
you will be responsible for:
â· offering support to end users/resellers in relation with western digital products on software and hardware related issues.
the result is a comprehensive understanding of the businesses we support today, and the flexibility to take on new challenges.
â· ensure customer satisafction by providing timely and accurate inforamtion.
â· issuing rma`s for defective products when such is determined and following procdeures for returns.working on behalf of our clients the support specialist will answer technical questions or solve issues and warranty request to a high level of customer satisfaction.
support professionals are part of the customer support chain in the line of contact between steram and our customers.
â· answering email support through the western digital mail system. great people,
