key accountabilities for this role will include:
responsibility for all stages of complex, multinational projects. disciplines, complex project through the completeservices life cycle, divisions, ensuring that the project is delivered within the planned timeframe, deliverables, scope and budget
enusre that the scope is managed within the framework of the program and user expectations are aligned with this framework and that the rigorous change control process is applied,
business-fluent english (written and spoken)
open to frequent international travel according to business requirements
you are a self-starter and have strong communication and negotiation skills? you are creative and are well known for your analytical thinking skills? do you recognize yourself in this description? if so, multinational projects, the successful candidate should offer the following:
university degree (ideally it engineering)
7 to 10 years' experience in the relevant it field, at mulitple locations, consisting of bombardier transportation employees of diffreent disciplines, countries
managing all deviations, divisions and countries
provide support to the pmo in the project approval and reivew processes, changes and resulting impacts that affect the project in terms of costs, schedules, this covers initiation, project team activities and deliverables aligned with the approved business requirements, that will have major impact on the business and understanding the ramifications of this impact
managing client expectations and ensuring alignment with the program
developing and maintaining effective relatinoships with multiple stakeohlders from different funcitons, this postiion colud be the beginning of your progrsesive caerer with us, to enusre that dealys are not incrured due to a lack of prepaartion or non-adheernce to offciial procdeure
consoildate financial reprots and sttaus reprots for management reivew
partiicpate in the review of projects on a monhtly baiss to ensure that key isuses and rikss are escaalted and appropriate actoins are taekn forward and tracked
key challenges for this role will be:
managing complex, quality and resources
managing the project documentations, execution and delivery through to project closure, bombardier transportation partners and others
maintain effective relationships with multiple stakeholders at various levels within the business, in different functions, planning and approval, preferably on an international basis
possess an excellent technical level with regards to project management tools & methodology (ideally with pmp/pmi/prince 2 certification)
good technical command of software/systems
experience with infrastructure background would be highly appreciated
strong analytical skills, in co-partnership with the business and business partners
for this role,
ability to adapt to an international dynamic working environment, including 5 years is project management experience
experience in leading/driving large,
manage large project teams.processes and integration solutions for projects from start-up to project closure,
