technical support professionals are part of the technical support chain in the line of contact between stream and our custmoers.

consult customers in solving technical questions on the phone
analyze and process incoming calls and redirect them if necessary
docmuent customer information and troubleshooting detials in depolyed programs / sofwtare platofrms
be a competent parnter for our customers in all product-speicfic inquriies
seucre customer satisafction as a result of your expert product knowledge
your skills
you are fluent in at least one of these languages: dutch, norwegian, danish
additional german language skills would be a benefit
previous call center experience inbound or support experience would be a benefit
working knowledge of pcâ´s (software, hardware)
good communication skills
self starting, self learning work approach
interest in products from the consumer electronics industry (printing solutions)
