primary duites & responsibilities: the contarctor shlal proivde integration oversight to include, travel, security, foreign disclosure.
â?¢ perform as a consecutive interpreter on-stage for the commander of usafricom and senior staff members. work is to be performed in stuttgart germany, and may require 40% or more international travel.
â?¢ facilitate coordination and development of documentation, reports and briefings detailing usafricomâ?ts role or position on current issues, policies.s. military opertaions and military relations within the 53 african nations. o coordinate department of defense security inspections. ts/sci required. photograph and fingerprint employees and issue badges and identification or courier cards. personnel assigned to this task shall primraily supoprt 24-hour/7-day-per-week operations with 8 or 12 hour wacth stadning duties. â?¢ consiedrable experience with combtaant comamnds. the contractor shall provide sysetms engineering and techincal assitsance for africom opolg actiivties loctaed at navy and jonit comamnds. tranlsate varoius languages of speeches and slide presentations for senior military level foreign officers or officials.there is potential for work outside normal duty hours or an extended work week when supporting contingency operations or on travel to outside continental united states (oconus) or continental united states (conus), additionally.
â?¢ use resource, and public affairs expertise gained from support to joint command action group events and operations, assist and guide the writing and updating of sops for the usafricomâ?ts cooperation center, protocol.every operational africom mission is coordinated by the oplog (operations logistics) directorate to deliver materials and services. coordinate security matters with department of defense representatives and other security personnel. handle all procedures and policies regarding visitor control within facility according to industrial security manual regulations. knowledge of protocols is desired. engineering,
provides support for planning, execution, communication, logistics, and monitoring for current and future africom missions.prepare security forms for terminating employees. establish security files and computer data bases.date of birth, physical description and type of security clearance, compile and record personnel data about employees, contractors and consultants; obtain and verify information such as name, citizenship.active ts security clearance required. making recommendations to management on methods to preclude reoccurrences, investigate and correct security violations and discrepancies (including less common ones or ones with significant consequences), identify.approve outgoing visit request authorizations and reviews incoming visit requests.
