· 5-7 of enterprise sofwtare/solution saels experience
· 3-5 years experience in systems management solutions
· bachelor\'s degree preferred - other degree experience considered
· knowledge of stoarge, server and enterprise architecture solutions a plus

· extensive cusotmer facing experience and strong presentation skills
· entrepreneurial spirit, self starter
· abiilty to deal with ambiguity
· initiative / ingenuity / confidence
· proactive in problem identification and solvingfluent in english and german.
· candidate should be able to demonstrate a strong written and oral communications skills, exemplary selling and presentation skills, and good time management skills.develop, drive, working in tandem with a dell kace inside product specialist and saels engineer, support and close business in the territory, in tandem with the dell regoinal temas in large enterprise, the dell kace outside product specialist is expected to advcoate.this pesron will work cloesly with dell\'s emea regional sales teams, storage and software product specilaists and channel parnters to furhter grow the dell kace portoflio.

the dell kace outside product specialist will drive direct and indirect sales of dell\'s family of systems management appliances into dell\'s small & medium business accounts in germany.

qualifications: general
· candidate must have exceptional customer-facing sales/consulting communication skills, a high level of industry awareness and business acumen.
· the outside product specialist must be a self-starter and always seek opportunities to advance sales and industry presence for dell.
· candidate must be able to work effectively, independently and with existing sales and channel teams.the ideal candidate will have a blended enterprise software/solution sales and technical background and be proficient in enterprise software/solution sales methodologies and processes.
· extensive travel is required for this position up to 50% in territory.they will also need to have or quickly develop a strong understanding of the systems management market. the rapidly growing product line is now known as the dell kace family of systems management appliances and is being successfully sold by the large enterprise, public and smb segments within dell.
· strong communication and presentation skills.
