3 Bedrooms villa in Torre dell'Orso (Salento area, Puglia Region), to let on a daily (only May and October), weekly or monthly basis. The house is situated in the city center of Torre dell'Orso, a small village by the sea where you can join a relaxing holiday and it is also the ideal starting point for exploring the beautiful Adriatic Coast of Salento with its beautiful beaches, wild nature and historical places (the historical city of Otranto is located just 15 km away!).
The villa has all of the comforts, including washing machine. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchenette, dining room and front and rear garden. Distance from the beach is 200 meters (5 minutes walk).
Prices:
May and October: £40/day - £200/week;
June and September: £300 /week - £1000/month. June and September are the perfect holiday periods, the place is not too crowded with tourists and the weather is not too hot. May and october are ideal for an extremely relaxing holiday, you can have the large beach all for yourself (the village is quite populated only in the weekend) and get a gentle tan.
The nearest airport is "Brindisi". From there you can easily reach the city of Lecce by shuttle service and then reach Torre dell'Orso from Lecce by bus, or I can arrange all the transportation to/from the airport to Torre dell'Orso for you and even a car rental for your stay.
